How it all began…
After coming to finalise details, and have a tour, with the team we entered discussion and as things often do they develop, from there we set up a partnership to conduct some analysis on our K-Brace® that we have been wanting to do for a long time!
In late 2021 we were asked by the years Team HARE members to undertake welding on the 2022 race car they were manufacturing for the 2022 Formula Student event.
How it turned out…
So, over a six-month period we conducted our analysis and published our results onto our website and throughout social media. We concluded that our K-Brace® was able to give an 18% reduction in body displacement.
What next…
This work provided us with a quantifiable value and design ideas, but more importantly helped us connect with the University of Huddersfield and we hope to use this partnership to develop our company and products to benefit all our customers.
